Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani-starrer Satyaprem Ki Katha will hit theatres across the country on June 29 next year, the makers announced on Friday.
Production banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment shared the film’s release date in a post on Twitter.
“Enter the world of a musical love story, #SatyapremKiKatha in theatres near you on 29th June 2023 #SajidNadiadwala #SatyapremKiKatha,” reads the tweet.
Billed as a “soulful musical love saga”, the film is directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Sameer Vidwans, known for his critically-acclaimed 2019 Marathi drama Anandi Gopal.
Produced by Namah Productions and Sajid Nadiadwala, Satyaprem Ki Katha marks a reunion between Aaryan and Advani, who most recently featured in horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 that grossed over Rs 230 crore worldwide.
Idris Elba’s ‘Beast’ to release in India in September
Hollywood star Idris Elba-fronted survival thriller movie Beast will release across the country on September 2.
Known for making Everest, Baltasar Kormakur has directed Beast, a Universal Pictures project, where Leah Jeffries, Sharlto Copley and Iyana Halley play pivotal roles, based on an original idea by Jaime Primak Sullivan.
The film follows Dr Nate Samuels (Elba), who must protect himself and his two teenage daughters from being hunted by a rogue lion in South Africa.
Will Packer and James Lopez have produced Beast via their Will Packer Productions.
