Bollywood and Tollywood celebrities including Kajol, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Prosenjit Chatterjee extended their heartfelt birthday wishes to actress Rani Mukerji, who turned 46 on Thursday, by sharing pictures on social media and penning notes.

Sonam Kapoor Ahuja took to Instagram to share heartwarming photos with Rani. “Happy happy birthday dearest Rani .. 25 years of friendship and counting love you,” she captioned her post.

Kajol, Rani's cousin and co-star from the iconic film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, also took a moment to wish the actress. “Happy happy birthday #RaniMukerji ... may this year be filled with moments that make u smile and laugh,” Kajol wrote on X.

Joining the chorus of well-wishers was renowned actor Prosenjit Chatterjee. “Many many happy returns of the day #RaniMukerji! Keep shining bright! God bless,” he wrote on X.

Shilpa Shetty wished Rani success, good health, and love on her birthday. “Happy Birthday. Wishing you tons of success, great health, and love, my dearest,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.

YRF Talent, a division of Yash Raj Films, shared photos of Rani with the caption: “Tenu suit, suit karda Happy birthday to #RaniMukerji, the one who reigns over our hearts with her unmatched talent and grace”.

Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions also had a sweet message for the birthday girl. “The ruler of all hearts, the one and only - Rani! Wishing you a very happy birthday #RaniMukerji!,” the official handle of the production house posted alongside a montage of Rani’s performances in movies bankrolled by the banner.

Bhansali Productions, helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, also extended birthday greetings to the Saawariya actress. “Mesmerised by her adaa and beauty, we simply want to say - “Waah, Gulaab ji, waah!” Wishing the stunning #RaniMukerji a very Happy Birthday ,” they wrote on X with a clip from the film.

On the work front, Rani Mukerji was last seen in Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway, which hit cinemas on March 17 last year.
