Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Bipasha Basu, Mimi Chakraborty indulge in Durga Puja festivities

Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Bipasha Basu and Mimi Chakraborty were among the Bollywood and Tollywood stars who indulged in Durga Puja festivities this year by visiting pandals and getting decked up in festive colours. Here’s a look at some of their Puja moments.

Kajol, who is a regular at her family’s North Bombay Durga Puja pandal, was all smiles with mother Tanuja, sister Tanishaa, son Yug, cousin Sharbani Mukerji and actress Jaya Bachchan.

In a bright Raw Mango sari, new mom Bipasha Basu looked gorgeous with a matching jhumka and flower in her hair bun.

Esha Deol visited the North Bombay Durga Puja pandal along with mum Hema Malini and caught up with Rani Mukerji to exchange pleasantries. “Saptami puja and bhog today at my dear Rani’s with my mum … absolutely divine. Navratri blessings to all,” read Esha’s caption on Instagram.

Durgo Rawhoshyo actress Sohini Sarkar soaked in Ashtami colours in a red-and-white handloom sari.

Raktabeej actress Mimi Chakraborty, who was mostly seen celebrating with family members throughout the festival, looked radiant in minimal makeup. She let her traditional ear cuff do the talking.

On the day of Ashtami, Sushmita Sen’s elder daughter Renee visited a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai with family members. Her younger sister Alisah clicked her pictures while she posed in a red sari paired with a halter neck blouse.

Swastika Mukherjee was delighted to celebrate Durga Puja with her daughter Anwesha after several years. ‘I owe all my smiles to one and only Anwesha. She is therefore, I am,’ wrote Swastika.
