A video of actor Ranbir Kapoor's callisthenics workout has gone viral on social media, prompting a reaction from his wife Alia Bhatt and making fans gush over his lean physique.

Ranbir’s trainer originally shared the video on Instagram on Thursday. “I guess pull-ups aren’t enough anymore so today we decided to clap,” he wrote.

The video showcases Ranbir in his black gym outfit, performing intense clap pull-ups and diagonal pull-ups with ease.

A callisthenics workout is a type of exercise that uses your body weight for resistance to build strength, improve flexibility, and increase coordination.

Fans speculate that Ranbir has hit the gym to prepare for a new look for one of his upcoming projects.

Alia Bhatt dropped multiple fire emojis in the comments to express her awe. Alia and Ranbir tied the knot on April 14, 2022, in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Mumbai. Later that year, on November 6, Alia gave birth to Raha. The couple recently celebrated their daughter’s second birthday.

Ranbir was last seen in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal, also starring Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri and Anil Kapoor. The actor is currently shooting for his next film Love & War, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The film also stars Vicky Kaushal and Alia and is set to release in theatres on March 20, 2026. The actor is also gearing up for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. The first instalment of this mythological epic is slated to hit screens on Diwali 2026, with the second part following the next Diwali.

Alia is set to star in YRF Spy Universe’s first female-led film Alpha, co-starring Sharvari Wagh. The 31-year-old actress last appeared in Vasan Bala’s Jigra alongside Vedang Raina.
