Actor Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela welcomed their first child on Tuesday. The couple was blessed with a baby girl, veteran actor and Ram Charan’s father Chiranjeevi announced on social media.
“Welcome Little Mega Princess !! ❤️❤️❤️ You have spread cheer among the Mega Family of millions on your arrival as much as you have made the blessed parents @AlwaysRamCharan & @upasanakonidela and us grandparents, Happy and Proud!! 🤗😍,” Chiranjeevi wrote on Twitter.
As soon as the news broke, the internet was filled with congratulatory messages from fans and well wishers. Hashtags such as #MegaPrincess also trended on Twitter. NTR Jr, Ram Charan’s RRR co-star, wished them “immense happiness”. “Congratulations @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela. Welcome to the parents club. Every moment spent with the baby girl will be an unforgettable memory for a life time. May God bless her and you all with immense happiness,” he wrote on Twitter.
Ram Charan and Upasana got married in 2012. The couple announced their pregnancy in December. They celebrated their 11th wedding anniversary recently. Chiranjeevi had taken to Twitter on the occasion to shower the couple with love and blessings. He also wished Ram Charan and Upasana as they step into the journey of parenthood.
Upasana’s family threw a baby shower in her honour recently. “Soooo grateful for all the love,” she wrote on Instagram alongside photos of the celebration.
