Actor-couple Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa recently hosted Hollywood star Joseph Gordon-Levitt at their Mumbai residence. The gathering was also attended by Soha Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Abhishek Banerjee and Jared Geller.
“It was truly wonderful meeting you and getting to know you @hitrecordjoe. Keep doing such inspiring work my friend,” wrote Rajkummar and Patralekhaa on Instagram, sharing a picture with Gordon-Levitt on Tuesday.
Choreographer-producer Farah Khan Kunder also seems to have attended the gathering even though she does not appear in the photos. “Thanks for such a lovely evening u two,” reads her comment on Rajkummar and Patralekhaa’s post.
Later, Soha took to Instagram to drop a bunch of photos from the gathering and thank the hosts for the memorable evening. “An evening of fun, food, friendship and cultural exchange where we ended up realising we have so much more in common than we thought ...thank you @patralekhaa and @rajkummar_rao for being the best hosts and just the loveliest people...it was an absolute pleasure meeting you guys @hitrecordjoe and @jaredgeller and hope to see you again soon,” she captioned her post on the social media platform.
Known for movies like Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F (2024), Knives Out, (2019), Don Jon (2013), Inception (2010) and 500 Days of Summer (2009), Gordon-Levitt last appeared in Philippe Lacôte’s crime thriller Killer Heat, alongside Shailene Woodley and Richard Madden.
On the work front, Rajkummar’s latest theatrical release Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video features him opposite Triptii Dimri. According to industry data-tracking site Sacnilk, the romcom has earned over Rs 23 crore at the domestic box office since its release on October 11.
Patralekhaa, on the other hand, recently appeared in Anubhav Sinha’s Netflix series IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack, alongside Vijay Varma, Naseeruddin Shah and Pankaj Kapur.
