Raima Sen and Vinay Pathak-starrer thriller Aliya Basu Gayab Hai will hit theatres on August 9, announced director Preeti Singh alongside the first-look poster of the film on Thursday.
“Get Ready for the Most Twisted Thriller of the Year - The Poster of ‘Aliya Basu Gayab Hai’ Out Now! The film bankrolled by Rehab Pictures Pvt. Ltd, boasts an ensemble cast - Vinay Pathak, Raima Sen and Salim Diwan and is directed by Preeti Singh releases in cinemas on August 9th, 2024,” Preeti wrote on Instagram.
The poster features a collage of the film’s lead actors — Vinay Pathak, Raima Sen, and Salim Diwan.
Backed by Rehab Pictures, the film marks the debut feature film of Preeti Singh, who is known for her short film The Lovers, released in 2020.
Actor Vinay Pathak last appeared in Sriram Raghavan’s mystery thriller Merry Christmas which features Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. The film was released in January this year.
Actress Raima Sen’s recent projects include Big Girls Don’t Cry on Prime Video, Bastar: The Naxal Story on ZEE5 and Kolonko on Hoichoi.
