Problemista

The official trailer of American surrealist comedy film Problemista is now out. Written, directed and co-produced by Julio Torres, the film stars Torres, Tilda Swinton, RZA, Isabella Rosselini and Greta Lee.

The two-minute-30-second-long trailer follows an immigrant from El who has to find a sponsor to keep living in the US. He works for an eccentric woman (Tilda Swinton) to make a living.

The Persian Version

Sony Pictures Classic has unveiled the official teaser trailer of its upcoming American comedy-drama film The Persian Version. Directed by Maryam Keshavarz, it features Layla Mohammadi, Niousha Noor, Kamand Shafieisabet, Bijan Daneshmand and Bella Warda.

In the 57-second-long teaser trailer, we see Iranian-American Leila (Layla Mohammadi) strives to find balance and embrace her opposing cultures while boldly challenging the labels society is so quick to project upon her. It also chronicles her mother’s life.

Sunflower Season 2

Zee5 has dropped the official teaser for the second season of its dark comedy series Sunflower. Starring actor-comedian Sunil Grover in the lead role as Sonu, the cast also includes Ranvir Shorey, Girish Kulkarni, Mukul Chadda, Shonali Nagrani, Sonal Jha and Ashish Vidyarthi.

The one-minute-11-second-long teaser shows Sonu being chased by police in relation to several murders. We see the police picking him up from his home and taking him to the police station. At the end of the teaser, we see Sonu saying “My mother says that I am so smart that if I commit a murder no one will find out.”

Fouja

Zee Music Company has released the official teaser of its upcoming drama film Fouja. Directed by Pramod Kumar and produced by Ajit Dalmia, it stars Karthik Dammu, Pavan Malhotra and Aishwarya Singh.

The 30-second-long teaser shows several individuals connected with the Indian Army. We also get to see soldiers and their family lives.
