Actress Priyanka Chopra becomes the latest celebrity to have taken Vanity Fair’s lie detector test in which she answered a bunch of questions about her co-stars and blurted out that her husband, Nick Jonas, is the best singer in the Jonas Brothers band.
On Monday, Vanity Fair posted the 14-minute-38-second video of the Citadel star on YouTube. Priyanka also talked about her marriage and her wedding dress made by Ralph Lauren. “I was worried the dress wasn't long enough when I got married, and I had a 75-foot train. But I was actually really nervous about how Nick would stand next to me, 'cause we were supposed to go together.”
Priyanka and Nick tied the knot in December 2018 in a white wedding ceremony, which was followed by a Hindu wedding event. They recently featured in the Hollywood romcom drama Love Again.
Asked about her Zanjeer co-star Ram Charan, the actress admitted that she hadn’t watched the Ram Charan-NTR Jr starrer RRR, which bagged an Academy Award this year for the dance number Naatu Naatu. “I just didn't get time. I don't watch a lot of movies, but I watch a lot of TV shows. I watch like Dubai Bling but I won't end up watching Tar,” the actress said.
The multi-hyphenate, however, revealed that she was very excited to watch the upcoming Greta Gerwig-directorial Barbie. “I'm really excited about seeing Barbie. I used to collect Barbies as a kid, and it has a bunch of my favorite actors in it. I'm excited to see the take Greta has in this world of Barbie.”
Priyanka admitted to being the forgetful one when it came to remembering lines. “Who is worse about remembering their lines, you or Richard Madden?,” the actress was asked. “Probably me. I improv a lot, I move around, it takes me a second to figure out what I'm actually gonna end up saying. So I end up forgetting what I did before.” she answered.
The actress’s recent Amazon Prime Video series Citadel sees her sharing screen space with Richard Madden and Stanley Tucci.
Well known for her feminist takes, Priyanka said she would rather see a bunch of women on the Forbes 100 most powerful women than just her. “I don't think there's room for just one. I think every year we can have a bunch of women on that list.”
