Actress Priyanka Chopra concluded her week-long trip to Mumbai by visiting Shree Siddhivinayak temple to seek blessings for her one-year-old daughter Malti, who was on her maiden trip to the country.
Priyanka, who landed in Mumbai on March 31 with her husband Nick Jonas and their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, took to Instagram on Friday to share moments from her Mumbai trip.
“MM’s first trip to India had to be completed with Shree Siddhivinayak’s blessings,” she wrote alongside photos of the mother-daughter duo praying at the shrine.
Preity Zinta, Dia Mirza and Saba Pataudi were among the several celebrities who commented under the mother-daughter photos. “Awww ❤️🔥❤️ Jai Ganapati Bappa,” Priyanka’s The Hero: Love Story of a Spy co-star Preity commented.
The Quantico star bid goodbye to Mumbai with a photo from the promotions of her upcoming Amazon Prime Video spy-action thriller series Citadel.
Dressed in a blue Versace gown with black polka dots, Priyanka posed with a glass of wine in hand and wrote, “Mumbai done right! See you 🔜 💕✨” Prime Video’s Instagram account was quick to comment, “Be honest, is this a press tour or is it a secret mission?”
Celebrity makeup artist Mickey Contractor bid farewell to Priyanka in the comments. “Hope to see you soon,” he wrote.
Other than her temple visit and Citadel promotions, Priyanka attended the opening ceremony of the NMACC, a star-studded event where she met her Bollywood friends and interacted with tons of International celebrities as well.
The actress started the promotions for Citadel with her co-star Richard Madden by her side. Directed by the Russo brothers, Citadel will be streaming on Prime Video from April 28.
The 40-year-old actress is also gearing up for the release of her upcoming romantic comedy Love Again, set for a May 12 release. The actress will then be seen in Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.
