Priyanka Chopra took some time off the shoot of her next film to spend quality time with her daughter Malti Marie Jonas and mother Madhu Chopra on Australia’s Stradbroke Island, show new pictures shared by the actress on Wednesday.
Dazzling in a white cropped camisole paired with a matching hat, Priyanka enjoyed time with Malti, who wore a black jumpsuit over a yellow t-shirt, on the shore. The Citadel actress also shared a video showing Malti running towards Priyanka’s mother.
Other clips shared by Priyanka show kangaroos at a park, a serene lake, a sea shell, seagulls, and Priyanka and Malti’s car ride.
Priyanka’s mother appeared in a couple of photos where she is seen with her daughter and granddaughter. The trio also indulged in ice cream during their trip to the beach.
“A pause.. ,” the 41-year-old actress captioned her Instagram carousel.
Fans flooded the comments section with their love for Priyanka and Malti. “I love how you balance your personal and professional life,” model-actress Surabhi Prabhu wrote. “She’s such a cutie, I love watching her short clips; they're a great way to put a smile on my face,” a fan wrote about Malti in the videos.
On the work front, Priyanka is currently shooting for her upcoming thriller The Bluff in Australia. The film, which also stars The Boys actor Karl Urban, will see Priyanka as a former female pirate who must protect her family “when mysterious sins from her past resurface,” according to IMDb’s official synopsis.
The Bluff marks Priyanka’s second collaboration with Amazon MGM Studios and AGBO after the spy action series Citadel, which stars Richard Madden, Stanley Tucci and Lesley Manville. Priyanka recently wrapped up shooting for the action-comedy Heads of State and has also joined the team of Barry Avrich’s upcoming documentary Born Hungry as a producer.
