Actress Priyanka Chopra recently grabbed eyeballs with her desi girl vibes at the screening of the 2019 Marathi film Paani in Mumbai. The Bluff star, who backed the project under her production banner Purple Pebble Pictures, went to the event following her brother Siddharth’s wedding festivities. Here’s a look.

Priyanka looked radiant in a blue floral-print salwar suit as she posed for a picture with debutante director Addinath M Kothare. “My Last night in Mumbai with some special people. Our Marathi feature film Paani is all set to release theatrically on 18th October,” she wrote on social media.

Directed by Kothare, Paani was originally released in India in 2019. It won the award for the best film on environment conservation at the 66th National Film Awards that year. Additionally, the film was screened at the New York Film Festival in the United States in 2019.
