Prime Video has announced a slew of new international titles lined up for December end and 2023 at Comic Con India’s Delhi Chapter, which is being held from December 9 to 11 at the NSIC Exhibition Grounds, Delhi. Here’s a list of new titles available for streaming on Prime Video.
Jujutsu Kaisen 0
Jujutsu Kaisen 0 is an animated dark fantasy film based on Gege Akatumi’s manga series of the same name. It follows Yuta Okkotsu, a cursed high school student. After his friend Rika Orimoto dies, Yuta is haunted by her spirit. His path leads him to sorcery as a way to control Rika, whose presence often saves him or puts him in precarious situations. The film is available to stream from December 1.
Jack Ryan Season 3
Jack Ryan, starring John Krasinski, is an American political thriller series that follows a Marine veteran and financial analyst working for the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly also star in the series in key roles. The third season of the highly-acclaimed show will start streaming from Dec 21. Jack had gone rogue in the end of Season 2 and is on the run in the new season.
Doom Patrol Season 4
Developed by Jeremy Carver, Doom Patrol is an American superhero series about a mad scientist and his field team of superpowered outcasts. The show’s cast includes Fraser, Matt Bomer, Diane Guerrero, April Bowlby, Joivan Wade, Michelle Gomez, Skye Roberts, Riley Shanahan and Matthew Zuk. The new season is available to stream from Dec 4.
Daisy Jones & The Six
This limited music-drama series details the rise and precipitous fall of a renowned rock band based on the best-selling novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid by the same name. Daisy Jones & The Six stars Riley Keough as Daisy Jones, Sam Claflin, Camila Morrone, Will Harrison, Suki Waterhouse in pivotal roles, with a special guest appearance by Timothy Olyphant. The series will be available to stream from March 3, 2023.
Gen V
Gen V is a spin-off of the popular series The Boys, set at America’s only college exclusively for young adult superheroes (run by Vought International). The show explores the lives of hormonal, competitive supes as they put their physical, sexual and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the school’s top ranking. The show will be available in 2023.
The Wheel of Time Season 2
The epic fantasy series headlined by Rosamund Pike revolves around a woman named Moiraine, a member of a magical organization and takes five young people on a journey. She believes that one of them might be the reincarnation of the Dragon. The second season of The Wheel of Time is scheduled to air in 2023.
