The postponement of Prabhas’s Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire has prompted an early release for Mrigdeep Singh Lamba’s buddy comedy Fukrey 3 and Ravi Teja’s action entertainer Tiger Nageswara Rao.
Both Fukrey 3 and Tiger Nageswara Rao will now hit theatres on September 28 — the day Salaar was earlier slated to hit theatres. The Prashanth Neel directorial’s release date has reportedly been pushed to November.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed on Friday evening that Salaar’s release date has been pushed. However, he didn’t give any reasons behind the delay or any new release date.

Soon after reports of a change in Salaar’s release date surfaced, Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment announced that Furkey 3 will arrive in cinemas on September 28. The Mrigdeep Singh Lamba-directed film was scheduled to release on December 1.
“Leke aaye hai taaza khabar, ab nahi ho raha hai sabar. Iss baar hoga ek naya chumatkar from Jamnapaar! #Fukrey3 arriving in cinemas on 28th September, 2023.” wrote the production house on Instagram while sharing a poster of the film.
