Nirupam Dutta’s film Maharaj, starring Amrita Chakraborty, Souryadipta Mukherjee and Gaurab Mukhoty, is playing in Nandan II now.
Set against the backdrop of Calcutta, Maharaj embarks on a journey intertwined with the lives of Rahul and Nandini, a young couple grappling with the complexities of modern-day existence. Struggling to balance their professional pursuits and personal lives, their household teeters on the brink of chaos until the arrival of a mysterious cook named Maharaj.

As Maharaj enters their world like a comet streaking across the night sky, he brings a whirlwind of change, infusing their mundane routines with newfound joy and inspiration. However, beneath his seemingly benevolent facade lies a web of secrets and hidden agendas, leading to a clash of ideologies that threaten to unravel the fabric of their lives.
