American singer-actor Nick Jonas on Saturday shared a photo with Priyanka Chopra from the day he had proposed to her six years ago, calling her the “most amazing woman in the world”.
Nick’s post elicited a response from Priyanka, who reposted the same photo on her Instagram Stories. “Cannot believe it's been 6 years since this day,” she wrote in the caption.
The photo shows Nick smiling at the camera while holding Priyanka’s hand, with the latter hiding her face and showing off her engagement ring.
“I asked the most amazing woman in the world to marry me 6 years ago today. Thank you for saying yes @priyankachopra,” Nick wrote alongside the photo.
Priyanka and Nick tied the knot in 2018 at Udaipur, Rajasthan. Four years later, they welcomed their daughter, Malti Marie, via surrogacy in January 2022. The couple was recently spotted together at Anant Ambrani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding in Mumbai.
On the work front, Priyanka is gearing up for Ilya Naishuller-helmed action comedy film Heads of State, co-starring John Cena and Idris Elba. She also has Frank E. Flowers-directed The Bluff in the pipeline. Nick, on the other hand, will appear in the upcoming musical comedy Power Ballad, directed by John Carney and featuring Paul Rudd.
