Marvel Studios has offered a fresh glimpse of Lady Deadpool in a new trailer of Shawn Levy’s much-anticipated film Deadpool & Wolverine, set to hit theatres on July 26.
Accompanied by Toni Basil’s catchy tune Hey Mickey, the one-minute trailer opens with a close-up of Lady Deadpool’s red boots, panning up to her signature belt and the ends of her blonde hair, without revealing her face.
This mysterious shot has sparked speculation among fans. After a teaser featured a glimpse of the character’s feet, some believe Ryan Reynolds’ wife, Blake Lively, might be playing Lady Deadpool. Others think it could be Taylor Swift, who is also a popular fan choice for the role of Dazzler.

The trailer also includes quick shots of Cowboy Deadpool and a googly-eyed dog. Another highlight of the trailer is the confirmation of Blind Al’s (Leslie Uggams) presence in the film. In the trailer, Deadpool brings Wolverine to a safe house, where they encounter Blind Al, his most loyal ally from the comics.
Deadpool & Wolverine, set to hit theaters on July 26, marks the return of Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. Joining Reynolds is Hugh Jackman, reprising his iconic role as Wolverine from the X-Men franchise. The star-studded cast also includes Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova and Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox.
