After 2023’s The Railway Men, Yash Raj Films (YRF) will dish out three separate projects of different flavours on Netflix, which on Thursday announced its 2024 India lineup that includes new films and shows as well as the latest instalments of a slew of old favourites like Kota Factory and Mismatched.

Gritty crime thrillers seem to dominate Netflix’s new slate with the teaser of YRF-backed Mandala Murders, starring Vaani Kapoor, promising to deliver a delicious murder mystery show. Anupam Kher’s inspiring drama Vijay 69 and Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan-led Maharaj are the other YRF projects that will arrive on the streaming platform this year.

Kapil Sharma has joined hands with fellow comedians Archana Puran Singh, Kiku Sharda, Krushna Abhishek and Sunil Grover for The Great Indian Kapil Show to tickle our bones from March 30. A documentary on Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh will also hit the streamer later this year.

Netflix has also released teasers of the upcoming seasons for its old favourites like Kota Factory and Mismatched. Back with its third season, TVF’s Kota Factory explores the challenges faced by young JEE aspirants. The teaser features Jitendra Kumar reprising his role as Jeetu Bhaiya, inspiring and aiding his students in one of Rajasthan’s largest educational hubs. Season 3 also welcomes Lust Stories 2 actress Tillotama Shome to the cast.

Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf make our hearts swoon with their cackling chemistry in the Mismatched Season 3 teaser. The video delves deep into the nuances of lost love and recovered friendships.

Taapsee Pannu’s Rani Saxena returns in Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba, the sequel to Vinil Mathew’s 2021 crime drama Haseen Dillruba. Recounting yet another captivating murder mystery, the sequel also stars Vikrant Massey, Sunny Kaushal and Jimmy Shergil in key roles.

Netflix’s 2024 lineup also features the Oscar-nominated documentary To Kill a Tiger, Neeraj Pandey’s action-packed dramas Khakee: The Bengal and Sikandar Ka Muqaddar along with the sports talk show The Greatest Rivalry - India vs Pakistan.
