The film and television industry may seem like a bed of roses from the outside but very few get to know the struggles of a junior artiste because most of the time they’re the ones who’re standing among the shots of crowds. But they dream of making it big in this industry. She is confident that one day she will fulfil her dream of becoming a heroine. The show narrates the story of junior artist Sheetala’s dream of becoming a successful heroine. The starry-eyed Sheetala faces obstacles in every step but that doesn’t deter her spirit of becoming a heroine. People love her for her innocence, jovial nature, and her positive attitude towards life.

On the other hand, Suddho Sen hails from a well-educated and disciplined family. In the recent track, it is shown that tension escalated with Monica and Ranjita's scheming, and then danger struck. Right in the middle of a romantic moment between Suddho and Sheela, goons attack, and turn the whole set into a battleground.

"Being a part of Nayika No.1 has been a journey filled with challenges and dreams, just like our characters Sheela and Suddho. The chaos that ensued when those goons attacked was like something out of a gripping thriller. Suddho's heroic act to protect Sheela and everyone on set left me in awe. It's been an honour to be a part of this show and bring Sheela's journey to life, and this outdoor shoot was a testament to the incredible storytelling we get to be a part of," said Ritobrota Dey.

"The intensity of the scene and the sheer unpredictability in the track were something I'll never forget. This outdoor shoot was an unforgettable experience, coupled with the bad weather conditions and I can't wait for everyone to see it unfold on screen," said Indranil Chatterjee, who is essaying the role of Suddho.
