MX Player has released a new set of Hindi-dubbed Chinese and Korean shows, including romcoms, historical dramas, teenage comedy-drama, romcom and crime thrillers, to be streamed under the MX VDesi category from April. Here’s a look.
Fall in Love
This enthralling Chinese drama revolves around Mu Wan Qing’s (Jingyi Zhang) return to China to lay her mother’s ashes to rest. But her true motive is to unravel the mystery behind her family’s tragic past. On her return, she befriends two intriguing men — Tan Xuanlin (Tan Xuan Lin) and Xu Guang Yao (Evan Lin). The Lady in Dignity
This Korean family drama follows the lives of Woo-A-Jin (Kim Hee-Seon) and Park Bok Ja (Kim Sun-A). In the midst of a wealthy yet troubled family, Woo-A Jin is a dutiful daughter-in-law living a luxurious life. However, her world comes crashing down when she hires a new caretaker, Park Bok-Ja, who seduces her ailing father-in-law and becomes his wife. My Debate Opponent Season 2
The second season of this popular Chinese drama chronicles an epic showdown in the world of debating. The Song of Glory is a Chinese historical drama directed by Li Hui Zhu and Deng Wei En. The Song of Glory is going to stream on MX Player from April 12.
Court Lady
Court Lady is the love story of Sheng Chu Mu (Xu Kai) and Fu Rou (Li Yi Tong). Sheng Chu Mu, the eldest son of a prestigious military family, has always lived a life of luxury and indulgence. Known as the biggest playboy in the capital city of Chang’an, he finds himself in trouble yet again and decides to escape to Guangzhou with a friend. There, he meets Fu Rou, the daughter of a local merchant, and is instantly smitten by her stunning beauty. Novoland: Eagle Flag
Novoland: Eagle Flag follows the lives of three young heroes — Lu Gui Chen (Haoran Liu), Ji Ye (Ruoxuan Chen) and Yu Ran (Zuer Song) — fighting against tyrannical warlord Ying Wu Yi (Fengyi Zhang) and other ominous forces. The trio decides to join forces and challenge Ying Wu Yi at the Shangyang pass, but they don't know that an even more sinister plot is unfolding against them.
