Vijay Sethupathi’s character mistakenly kidnaps ‘Mumbai Ka Don’ Ranvir Shorey’s son, but things get complicated when others surface to claim the deed as their own in the teaser of Hindi-language action thriller film Mumbaikar.

Dropped by Jio Cinema on May 25, the 51-second-long trailer shows a gangster kidnapping the son of Mumbai’s biggest don by mistake. In the beginning Vijay’s character tells ‘Mumbai Ka Don’ Shorey that he has kidnapped his son by mistake. Later, three other youngsters led by Vikrant Massey’s character get involved in the same kidnapping, adding to the confusion about the identity of the actual kidnapper. The clip shows a Mexican standoff between all these characters.
