“@shreyaghoshal ma’am you’re making my world go round with #MadhuramuKadha,” the 31-year-old actress wrote on Instagram alongside a reel showing her grooving to the song sung by Shreya.

“It feels so great to work with you again, you brought to life my first on-screen song Jugraafiya and to have you in my corner once again for Family star means the world,” Mrunal also wrote, reminiscing about the first time she worked with the singer.

The Hi Nanna actress concluded her note by thanking Shreya for lending her voice to Madhuramu Kadha. “I can’t wait for everyone to experience your magic on the big screen,” she signed off.

Madhuramu Kadh is a romantic number composed by Gopi and penned by Sri Mani. “Love is in the air and who doesnt like to be in love. #FamilyStar Third Single #MadhuramuKadha out now. In the lovely voice of @shreyaghoshal,” Mrunal also wrote alongside a poster of the song.

The teaser dropped by the makers recently introduced fans to Vijay’s dedicated family man who resorts to violence whenever he encounters a threat to his family. He cooks for his mother, cleans the house, spends time with his grandmother and channels his inner action hero.

“The highs and lows of family relationships in an Indian middle-class family. The life of Govardhan, who wants to achieve greatness in life but has to navigate through a myriad of relationship/trust/ego issues,” reads the official synopsis of the film on IMDb.

Parasuram Petla, who had previously directed Vijay in Geetha Govindham, has written and helmed Family Star.
