Mouni Roy looks ethereal as she romances Jubin Nautiyal in the recently dropped song Dotara, a Bengali-Hindi remixed version of the popular Bengali folk song Komola Sundori Nache.

Sung by Payal Dev and Jubin in the latest remix, the original song was popularised by Goalpariya singer Padmashree-awardee late Pratima Barua Pandey. It also has a reimagined Coke Studio version Sundori Komola, sung by Aditi Singh Sharma and Usri Banerjee.

The music video, dropped by T-Series on Tuesday, shows a blooming love story between a stunning Mouni, who plays the role of a Queen, and a regal Jubin, who falls for her. The two romance each other in the halls of a palace while the King (Darsh Kothari) tries to separate them. Mouni also shows off her dance moves in the music video, choreographed by Bosco Martis.

The lyrics written by Vayu are a mashup of Bengali and Hindi. The song has accumulated over 410K views, just two hours since its release.
