Alia Bhatt shared a photo featuring her mother Soni Razdan, elder sister Shaheen Bhatt, mother-in-law Neetu Kapoor and husband Ranbir Kapoor. They were all dressed in white outfits and posed on a balcony decorated with candles. “Precious moments with my precious ones,” Alia captioned her post.
Priyanka Chopra shared a string of family pictures from Ireland, expressing her gratitude to her mother Dr Madhu Akhouri Chopra and mother-in-law Denise Jonas for their unwavering love and support. “As a new mother navigating what my version of MMs upbringing will be like, I have sweet nostalgia of mine reflected in every day with her. My mother and mother-in-law have been absolutely magical in this journey. I could not have been able to balance all that I do without them,” wrote the Citadel actress on Instagram alongside pictures also featuring husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie Jonas.
“Mothers turn houses into homes and hard times into comforting hugs. My Aai has done that and so much more. Thank you, Aai, for being my rock. Happy Mother’s Day,” wrote former Team India captain Sachin Tendulkar alongside a picture with his mother Rajni Tendulkar.
Kajol shared a picture of her embracing mother Tanuja. “Weird moms build character. At least that’s what I’ve heard… don’t worry mom.. I will continue with our happy tradition,” she wrote alongside the photo.
Ayushmann Khurrana posted a photo with his mother Poonam Khurrana, expressing gratitude and admiration for how she has taken on the role of a mother as well as a father in the past one year. “This is our first Mother’s Day without papa. But you can be both mama. You’ve always been a divine feminine. You can also imbibe your masculine. You can be whatever you want to be,” read his caption on Instagram.
