Mini Mathur took a walk down memory lane and shared throwback pictures from her MTV days along with a wistful note on Instagram on Thursday, drawing reactions from Sayani Gupta, Vaani Kapoor and Dia Mirza.

“It’s funny when you start seeing stuff all the way from 2006: the kind of things I was excited about, what I wrote, said, wore, worried about… I wish I could go back and tell my 20 year old self ... not to bother fitting into a box because all I was gonna want is to step OUT of it for the rest of my life,” her note reads.

Mini dressed up in a shimmery red dress with golden heels in one of the photos. In the second picture, she is seen in a baby pink shirt and white trousers with shimmery makeup. “Look what I found from the MTV photo albums! I need that flat tummy back yo,” she wrote in her note.

The 47-year-old television personality’s inspiring note prompted other celebrities to react to her latest post. Vaani Kapoor and Dia Mirza were among the celebrities who commented under the photos. “Ayi Ayi Ayi Reham didi reham 🔥🙌❤️,” Four More Shots Please! star Sayani Gupta wrote in the comments.

Starting out as a VJ on MTV, Mini has hosted quite a number of TV shows and appeared on TV shows and films. She recently reunited with her MTV crew Cyrus Sahukar in the Prime Video sitcom Mind the Malhotras. She will next be seen hosting Discovery's quiz show titled Discovery School Super League.
