Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif cherish romantic moments before their first date on Christmas eve turns into a nightmare in the music video of Nazar Teri Toofan, the second track from Sriram Raghavan’s upcoming thriller Merry Christmas.
Dropped by the makers on Thursday, the music video begins with Vijay making paper planes with Katrina’s help before burning them. It also shows moments from their date where they walk on the streets at night and talk. However, things turn horribly wrong when Katrina initiates a kiss as the clock strikes midnight.
Composed by Pritam and penned by Varun Grover, Nazar Teri Toofan is sung by Papon whose soulful vocals add to the growing intensity, mystery and haunting nature of the movie.
On Thursday, Katrina shared the music video with her fans. “Today’s schedule: Listening to #NazarTeriToofan on loop! 🎶
#MerryChristmas in cinemas on Jan 12 🎄,” she wrote.
