Fashion designer-turned-Netflix star Masaba Gupta announced that she has tied the knot with her longtime beau, actor Satyadeep Mishra.
In the pictures posted by Masaba, the bridal couple are seen in outfits from the House of Masaba’s yet-to-be launched bridal collection. Masaba’s wedding outfit reflects her design aesthetic — a barfi pink raw silk lehenga with golden embroidery and two dupattas — one lime green with wallflower print, and another in soft pink with hearts embellished on it. Satyadeep, who recently starred in Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan, wore a matching barfi pink kurta-pyjama with the same wallflower print on it.
The star of the Netflix web series Masaba Masaba, Neena Gupta and cricket legend Viv Richards’s daughter also wore her mother’s vintage jewellery. A sleek bun with sun and moon hair jewellery was one of the highlights of her bridal look.
The intimate court ceremony was attended by their immediate family members, including Neena Gupta, Viv Richards and Vivek Mehra.
The newly married couple are reportedly planning to hold a party for their friends and family in the coming days.
Masaba was previously married to film producer Madhu Mantena for five years, while Satyadeep was married to actress Aditi Rao Hydari, also for five years. The newlyweds first met on the sets of Masaba Masaba where Satyadeep played the ex-husband of Masaba.
