Malaika Arora on Saturday dropped childhood pictures of her son Arhaan Khan to wish him on his 22nd birthday.

“Happy birthday my baby boy 🎂mama loves u the mostesttttttttttttttt,” the 51-year-old actress wrote alongside the pictures on Instagram.

In the first picture, a young Arhaan wrapped his arms around Malaika as she hugged him. Sporting a red mini dress, Malaika kneeled on the floor to pose for the photo with Arhaan. The second photo shows the mother-son duo taking a stroll in a park in a foreign location. They wore winter clothes and were engrossed in conversation.

A collage shared by Malaika shows Arhaan laughing in a swimming pool alongside a throwback moment of her cradling him as a baby. In the last picture, a grown-up Arhaan can be seen playing with his dog.

Many Bollywood celebrities took to the comments section to wish Arhaan on his birthday. “My favoritest boy.. happy birthday Arhaan.. roast chicken cake coming up soon,” Farah Khan wrote. “Happy birthday Arhaan,” Sussanne Khan commented.

Shweta Bachchan, Saba Pataudi, Chunky Panday, Twinkle Khanna, Seema Sajdeh and Shibani Dandekar also shared birthday wishes in the comments section.

Arhaan is Malaika and her ex-husband Arbaaz Khan’s son. Arbaaz and Malaika tied the knot in 1998 and parted ways in 2016. They have been co-parenting their son since their official divorce in 2017.

While Arbaaz is married to makeup artist Sshura Khan, Malaika dated Arjun Kapoor for a few years before breaking up earlier this year.

Malaika made a cameo appearance in Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti’s 2023 buddy drama Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, which starred Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Adarsh Gourav. In 2022, she made her OTT debut with the reality series Moving in With Malaika on Disney+ Hotstar.

Malaika also served as a judge for Season 11 of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, which aired on Sony Entertainment Television from November 2023 to March 2024.
