Actor Mahesh Babu’s 11-year-old daughter Sitara made her debut on the Times Square Billboard in New York City for a jewellery advertisement, becoming the youngest star kid to achieve the feat, the Telugu filmstar said in an Instagram post.
Sharing a set of photos of Sitara on the Times Square Billboard on Instagram, Mahesh Babu wrote, “Lighting up the Times Square!! So so proud of you my fire cracker. Continue to dazzle and shine!!”
Sitara’s mother, model-turned-actress Namrata Shirodkar, also shared several photos of her daughter posing in stunning jewellery sets to mark the achievement.
Sitara posted the same photos and videos as her father and excitedly shared her happiness. “TIMES SQUAREEE!! oh my god, screamed, cried, and shouted, I couldn't be any happier @pmj_jewels couldn't have done it without you guys,” she wrote alongside the photos.
Sitara became the brand ambassador of Sitara jewellery brand PMJ Jewels and introduced a jewellery line with her name on it. The young star also featured alongside her father in the dance video of Nakash Aziz and Thaman S’s Penny song in 2022. Sitara already boasts a total of 1.2 million followers on Instagram and often shares her dance videos on the platform.
Mahesh Babu will be seen next in Guntur Kaaram, slated for a January 13 release next year.
