Tom Hiddleston slips through time as he returns as the ‘God of Mischief’ in the Loki Season 2 trailer, dropped by Marvel Entertainment on Monday night, even as Ke Huy Quan’s TVA archivist issues a stern warning.
The two-minute-25-second-long trailer begins with Hiddleston’s Loki and Owen Wilson’s Mobius visiting TVA archivist OB (Ke Huy Quan) to fix Loki’s time-slipping condition. However, OB informs them that it cannot be fixed.
We then see Loki pulled across time as his voiceover hints at something that can potentially destroy the multiverse. Along with Mobius and Sophia Di Martino’s Sylvi, Loki uses time to his advantage to prevent the catastrophic destruction of the multiverse. A new variant of Kang The Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), who is behind all the chaos, also makes a brief appearance in the video clip.

Marvel Entertainment shared the trailer on Twitter. “The God of Mischief returns October 6. Watch the brand-new trailer for Season 2 of Marvel Studios' #Loki,” it captioned the video.
Loki Season 2 will be streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from October 6.
Written by Eric Martin, the new season is directed by Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead. It will also feature series regulars Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Tara Strong and Eugene Cordero, while Rafael Casal and Kate Dickie are the new additions to the series.
