A smirking Sanjay Dutt and a visibly furious Thalapathy Vijay face off as explosions light up the background in the latest poster of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming Tamil-language film Leo.

Shared by Dutt on Thursday, the poster of his debut Tamil film shows him in a fierce battle with lead star Vijay. Dutt plays the antagonist Antony Das in the film, touted to be the third film of Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU) after Karthi starrer Kaithi (2019) and Kamal Hasaan’s Vikram (2022).

“#LeoPosterFeast #LeoHindiPoster,” wrote Dutt while sharing the poster on Instagram.

Vijay also shared the poster on his Instagram handle with the caption, “#LeoHindiPoster”.

Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film also features Trisha, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan and Mysskin.

Dutt was most recently seen in a special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan. He played an STF officer Madhavan Naik in the Atlee directorial. Previously, the Munnabhai MBBS actor made his Kannada debut with Prashanth Neel’s KGF: Chapter 2 alongside Yash.

Leo is scheduled to be released in theatres worldwide on October 19 in standard and IMAX formats.
