Actress Kriti Sanon launched beauty brand Hyphen on her 33rd birthday on Thursday, joining the likes of Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif who run their own line of beauty products.

“Happy Birthday to me! It’s finally here! Today, on 27th July 2023, my heart is filled with joy and gratitude as I welcome you all to our world of Hyphen,” she wrote on Instagram along with the first ad of her brand.

“HYPHEN is a hope of possibilities, opportunities and of adding more chapters to life! And this chapter of my life is super special! ♥️. Turning my obsession of skincare into passion and then into a dream- a dream of getting a lot of amazing ingredients together to make power-packed products that actually work! We’ve hyphened the power of nature and potency of science to give multiple benefits from each product,” she further said.

Kriti credited the hard work of her co-founders and the entire Hyphen team for making the launch happen on her birthday, calling it the best birthday gift ever.

According to the official website of Hyphen, the brand's mission is to provide budget-friendly beauty solutions, with products ranging from Rs 449 to Rs 649. All of their offerings have been clinically tested, Peta-certified, vegan, and environmentally conscious with zero plastic footprints.

Kriti had also recently launched her production house, Blue Butterfly Films.
