Kohrra
The trailer of Netflix’s upcoming Hindi-language crime thriller series Kohrra was unveiled by the streamer on Wednesday evening. Directed by Randeep Jha, the series features Suvinder Vicky, Barun Sobti, Varun Badola and Harleen Sethi.
The two-minute-long trailer is set in Punjab and follows an investigation into the death of an NRI, whose body is discovered shortly before his wedding. The clip looks at the investigators and hints at secrets being kept among the family and friends of the deceased person.
Kohrra will arrive on Netflix on July 15.
The Magic Of Shiri
Jio Cinema released the trailer of its upcoming series The Magic Of Shiri. Directed by Birsa Dasgupta, the series stars Divyanka Tripathi, Javed Jaffrey, Parmeet Sethi, Namit Das, Darshan Zareewala, Pitobash and Neelu Kohli.
The one-minute-54-second-long trailer is set in Delhi’s vibrant Paharganj neighbourhood in the mid-1990s. It follows Shiri (Divyanka), a homemaker, who becomes a magician with the help of a showman.
The Magic Of Shiri will be streaming free on Jio Cinema on July 13.
Padmini
The trailer of the upcoming Malayalam-language comedy film Padmini is now out. Written by Deepu Pradeep and directed by Senna Hegde, the film stars Kunchacko Boban, Aparna Balamurali and Madonna Sebastian.
In the two-minute-long trailer, we see a man talking to a lawyer after a firecracker bursts inside his neighbour’s house. We then meet with two prospective grooms — a martial arts teacher and a mattress salesman. Things get complicated when their lives intertwined after they fall for two women.
Padmini will hit cinemas on July 7.
