The box office collections of Salman Khan’s Eid release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (KKBKKJ) witnessed a significant drop on Tuesday, five days after the film hit the cinemas. KKBKKJ earned Rs 7.25 crore nett on Day 5, taking its total domestic box office collection so far to Rs 85.59 crore nett, as per Box Office India.

KKBKKJ released in theatres on April 21, a day before Eid, to an average opening day collection of Rs 15.81 crore nett. The film performed well in the mass circuits but got a lukewarm response in multiplexes. However, the tides turned on Saturday as the film witnessed a massive jump, raking in Rs 25.75 crore nett.

The film’s earnings marginally increased on Sunday (Rs 26.61 crore nett) but dropped again on Monday (Rs 10.17 crore nett). The first week collections of the Salman Khan-starrer will be around Rs 93 crore nett, trade analysts predict.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is Salman’s first big screen outing since Antim in 2021. In Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, the Ek Tha Tiger actor plays Bhaijaan who is in love with Bhagyalakshmi (Pooja Hegde). Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal and Jassie Gill feature as Salman’s brothers. The ensemble cast also includes Venkatesh, Jagapathi Babu, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Bhumika Chawla and Vijender Singh.
