Kiara Advani marks a decade in Bollywood with emotional celebration with fans: ‘Each one of you is a part of it’

The 32-year-old actress will soon be seen in S. Shankar’s Telugu film Game Changer alongside Ram Charan

Kiara Advani met with fans at a meet-and-greet session to celebrate her decade-long journey in Bollywood on Thursday, shows a video posted by the actress on social media.

Having made her Bollywood debut with Kabir Sadanand’s Fugly on June 13, 2014, Kiara went on to describe the fans as part of her extended family. The video shows her cutting a few celebratory cakes, posing with her fans and going through the gifts she received.

“Ten years and it feels like it was just yesterday... I’m still that girl, deep down in my heart, who gets excited to perform for her family. Only now my family is much bigger as each one of you is a part of it,” she wrote in a long note.

Apart from her moments with fans on the special day, Kiara’s video also offers a glimpse of her after-school performances for her family.

In her note, the Good Newwz actress expressed her gratitude to her co-actors, directors, producers, mentors, teachers, fans, friends and family for their love and support. “Grateful for all the blessings, the prayers, the love, the dreams, the experiences, the memories, the smiles, the tears, the learnings, the journey, the movies, the characters I get to play, my directors, producers, co-actors, mentors, teachers, critics, the audience, my family, my fans, and to each one of you who has made this dream come true! Thank you for your continued support and love,” she wrote.

Kiara last appeared in Sameer Vidwans’ romantic drama Satyaprem Ki Katha alongside Kartik Aaryan. She will next appear in S. Shankar’s Telugu film Game Changer alongside Ram Charan.

Additionally, the 32-year-old actress is set to star in Yash Raj Films’ spy universe action thriller War 2. Also featuring N.T. Rama Rao Jr., Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham, the Ayan Mukerji directorial will serve as a sequel to Siddharth Anand’s 2019 film War.
