Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s July 12 wedding in Mumbai was followed by a series of star-studded events graced by numerous B-town celebrities. Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Tamannaah Bhatia, Kiara Advani, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif were among the guests in attendance. Here’s a look at who wore what.
Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif twinned in monochrome outfits, with Vicky’s black sherwani forming a pleasant contrast to Katrina’s white mesh sari. While the actor’s bandhgala featured floral embroidery in silver thread, intricately designed black lace adorned Katrina’s sari.
Alia Bhatt attended Anant and Radhika’s shubh ashirwad ceremony in a white floral lehenga, which was embellished with stones and sequins. A layered statement neckpiece and matching danglers raised her glamour quotient.
Tamannaah Bhatia looked ethereal in a blue-and-golden embroidered lehenga. Chunky danglers and a golden maang tikka added a touch of drama to her look. Tamannaah tied her hair into a loose braid and opted for kohl-rimmed eyes to round off her look.
The standout feature of Janhvi Kapoor’s mermaid-cut column gown was the sequined corset-fit bodice adorned with stones and crystals. Minimal accessories and nude makeup helped Janhvi balance her look.
Much like Janhvi, Kiara Advani dazzled in a shimmery corset gown featuring gathered pleats at the waist. A metallic drape around the neck and bejewelled earrings complemented the actress’s outfit.
Actress Rashmika Mandanna draped a navy-blue sari showcasing ethnic motifs over a backless sequined blouse. Kundan jewellery and a sleek bun adorned with a white gajra enhanced the visual appeal of her ensemble.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan attended the post-wedding festivities with her daughter Aaradhya. The 50-year-old actress looked gorgeous in a printed black anarkali suit paired with kundan jewellery. A sleek bun, winged eyeliner and vibrant red lips complemented Aishwarya’s look.
Ananya Panday and her mum Bhavana Pandey donned pastel blue floral-themed ensembles. Ananya’s dad Chunky Panday looked dapper in a black sherwani suit. The Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actress stunned in a sleeveless lehenga, while Bhavana sported an embroidered sari.
