The Netflix spy thriller Khufiya, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, has given us some delightful performances and a sparkling fresh face in the form of Bangladeshi actress Azmeri Haque Badhon. Here are a few behind-the-scenes snapshots shared by the Khufiya team on Instagram following the success of the film.

The chemistry between the characters played by Tabu and Badhon in Khufiya is spot on. Their camaraderie is palpable in these behind-the-scenes shots, shared by Badhon, as well. ‘A memorable journey,’ wrote Badhon. Tabu replied: ‘I want this photo.’

Some of the cast members of Khufiya got a chance to do an acting workshop with none other than Naseeruddin Shah! Badhon, who plays spy Heena Rahman aka Octopus in the film, workshopped with Ali Fazal, Wamiqa Gabbi and Indian Ocean musician Rahul Ram. ‘A day to remember… Through this event, I came to know these three wonderful human beings,’ captioned Badhon.

Through a series of pictures, Ali Fazal shared his gratitude for the opportunity to work with Vishal Bhardwaj. Ali remembers asking a lot of questions about his character during the making of the film. ‘Thank you, maestro, for putting up with me and my endless enquiries. I have tons to learn. Working with you has been checked off the bucket list finally! But not fully. Baaqi baatein baad mein,’ wrote Ali, who plays a double-crossing R&AW agent in Khufiya.

Netflix India dropped a few photos of Vishal Bharadwaj and Tabu filming Khufiya in Delhi. The director and the actor are regular collaborators, having delivered Shakespearean adaptations like Maqbool and Haider.

Badhon shared more snapshots of director Vishal Bhardwaj, cinematographer Farhad Ahmed Dehlvi and co-star Tabu in a fun mood.
