Zoya Akhtar’s coming-of-age movie The Archies, which will see the acting debuts of Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda, is set to premiere on Netflix on December 7. Exactly a week later, Peter Morgan’s historical drama series The Crown Season 6 Part 2 will hit the streaming platform, tracing the British royal family’s journey into the 2000s. Fisk Season 2
Kitty Flanagan’s no-nonsense lawyer Helen Tudor-Fisk returns in Season 2 of Australian legal comedy series Fisk. The first season of the show has been streaming on Netflix since its 2021 premiere. With six episodes in store, the second season will see Fisk continuing to work her way through whacky cases as she tries to balance her personal and professional life.

My Life with the Walter Boys Season 1
An adaptation of Ali Novak's 2014 novel of the same name, My Life with the Walter Boys follows the life of an orphaned teenage girl, Jackie Howard (played by Nikki Rodriguez), who is forced to leave behind her city life in Manhattan to live a very different life in rural Colorado. Jackie has to not only adjust to the small-town life; she also has to find a way to live with the Walters who have 10 sons. The journey of the girl and her new adoptive brothers is the focus of this coming-of-age drama.

Hilda Season 3
The third season of the animated show Hilda will continue to follow the adventure of the blue-haired girl and her deerfox. Based on the graphic novel series Hilda by Luke Pearson, the Emmy-winning show has Game of Thrones star Bella Ramsey voicing the titular character. As Hilda and her mother Johanna (voiced by Daisy Haggard) continue to live in the big city after moving from the forest,the third season will go deeper into the mystical world that the 11-year-old protagonist navigates with her friends and family.

Leave the World Behind
Julia Roberts turns producer for this psychological thriller, which stars the actress alongside Mahershala Ali, Ethan Hawke, Myha’la and Kevin Bacon. Leave the World Behind is the story of the Sandford family, whose holiday gets interrupted by two mysterious strangers bearing the news of a civilisation ending cyberattack. Based on Rumaan Alam’s 2020 novel Leave the World Behind, the film is directed by Mr Robot creator Sam Esmail.

Kevin Hart & Chris Rock: Headliners Only
Comedians Kevin Hart and Chris Rock join forces in Kevin Hart & Chris Rock: Headliners Only, a documentary comprising their backstage moments and stories from their past. Directed by Rashidi Harper, the documentary follows both comedians on their recent Rock Hart: Only Headliners Allowed tour in New York and New Jersey last summer.

1670 Season 1
The historic mockumentary series 1670 gives a satirical take on the lives of Polish nobles, their family feuds and attempts at attaining power. The show will have Jan Adamczewski (Bartłomiej Topa), who plays a nobleman and part-owner of the village of Adamczycha. The efforts of attaining power while maintaining his position will leave Jan in hilarious predicaments.

The South Korean web-series Sweet Home returns with its second season to follow the struggles of high school student Cha Hyun-soo (played by Song Kang). Surviving the monsters of the world, the teen gets powers in the first season of the show and must survive in a post-apocalyptic world by himself. . Cha and other survivors face new challenges in the second season, with a third season of the show already in production.

Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire
Zack Snyder-directed film Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire will release on Netflix following a limited theatrical release in the US. Starring Sofia Boutella, Djimon Hounsou and Anthony Hopkins, the epic space opera will take you to a fictional world where a corrupt government faces resistance from a ragtag group of warriors. With the first part of the film releasing this year, the second part is slated to stream from April 19, 2024.

Kho Gaye Hum Kahan
Starring Adarsh Gourav, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday, this coming-of-age film follows the daily struggles of three young friends as they continue to navigate relationships, aspirations and adolescence. Marking the directorial debut of Arjun Varain Singh, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is backed up by Ritesh Sidhwani, Zoya Akhtar, Reema Kagti and Farhan Akhtar.
