The makers of Chandu Champion on Monday announced a buy-one-get-one offer for today on tickets for the Kartik Aaryan-starrer on BookMyShow to make the sports biopic more accessible to moviegoers.

Chandu Champion is a biographical drama based on the life of India's first Paralympic champion Murlikant Petkar, who represented India at the Olympic Games and won an individual gold medal in the 1972 Summer Paralympics. The film portrays Murlikant’s struggles and triumphs, right from his journey as a boxer in the Indian Army to his achievements as a Paralympian swimmer.
Kartik has already received plaudits for his performance Chandu Champion. Filmmaker Karan Johar said the actor has given his “career-best performance” in the Kabir Khan-helmed movie. Actors Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, and Sharvari Wagh and Shabana Azmi have also heaped praise on the actor.
Apart from Kartik featuring in the titular role, Chandu Champion also stars Vijay Raaz, Brijendra Kala, Rajpal Yadav and Bhuvan Arora.
Kartik is currently shooting for his upcoming horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which also stars Triptii Dimri and Vidya Balan. The actor recently appeared on the finale episode of Netflix India comedy show The Great Indian Kapil show along with his mother Mala Tiwari.
