Actor Kartik Aaryan has completed shooting for his upcoming film Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, he announced on Thursday, sharing a video of the wrap party.

The video begins with filmmaker Anees Bazme announcing to get ready for the next take. As the camera pans to the director’s screen, Kartik reminds the filmmaker that it's a wrap.

“‘Arey pagalo ‘ Its a Wrap for #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 Haveli ka darwaza ek baar phir khulne ke liye taiyaar ho chuka hai See you This Diwali ,” the actor wrote alongside the video shared on Instagram.

Helmed by Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director Anees Bazmee, the horror-comedy features an ensemble cast including Vidya Balan and Triptii Dimri. The makers recently revealed that Vidya will return as Manjulika in the third instalment of the franchise. Kartik, who also appeared in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 alongside Kiara Advani and Tabu, will reportedly reprise his role as Rooh Baba in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Reacting to Kartik’s post, Triptii wrote “@aneesbazmee ,” in the comment section.

The first instalment of the horror-comedy franchise, released in 2007, focused on Avni Chaturvedi (Vidya Balan), a woman grappling with dissociative identity disorder. The movie also starred Akshay Kumar, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel, and Paresh Rawal.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 revolved around an entrapped spirit seeking revenge. The film emerged as one of the highest-grossing hits of 2022 with a collection of Rs 266.88 crore.

On the work front, Kartik Aaryan was last seen in Kabir Khan’s sports drama Chandu Champion.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar-led T-Series, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is slated to hit the screens on November 1 on the occasion of Diwali.
