Kartik Aaryan slipped into his ‘Rooh Baba’ robes once again to bike through Howrah Bridge in the small hours of Tuesday. The actor, along with the rest of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 team, is in town to shoot the second schedule of the much-loved horror-comedy franchise that has been a consistent box-office winner.
On Tuesday, Kartik, astride a motorbike with his co-actor — who was also dressed in the same outfit as him — in the sidecar, canned some portions of the Anees Bazmee-directed film at the iconic Calcutta location and then moved to the Mullick Ghat flower market in the vicinity.

“It was important for us to shoot this film in Calcutta because Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has a very strong Bengali connection, much more than the first two films,” Bazmee told t2 in a chat in Calcutta. “The Bangla song Aami je tomar is anyway an integral part of the franchise,” he also told t2.
The third film also brings back Vidya Balan’s iconic Monjulika from the first film, a Bengali character. The team’s Calcutta schedule this time will stretch over three days and cover many a well-known city landmark.
