Bollywood couple Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan indulged in scrumptious food, basked in the winter sun and strolled around the gardens of their ancestral Pataudi Palace in Haryana, show pictures shared by the actress on Instagram.

“Makki ki roti, sarson da saag from our very own ghar ka bagh. P.S. these are a few of my favourite things,” Kareens wrote alongside a set of pictures from her stay at the Pataudi Palace.

The first picture shows Saif basking in the winter sun on the sprawling grounds of his ancestral palace. Laid on the garden table are Kareena’s favourite delicacies, Makki ki roti and sarson da saag.

The couple enjoyed makki ki roti and sarson da saag with a bowl of creamy white butter.

Fresh leafy vegetables sourced from their own garden were also on the menu.

Saif and Kareena indulged in delectable milk cake during their outdoor meal.

Kareena also shared a sun-kissed selfie, pouting in a no-makeup look.

One of the pictures captures the Adipurush actor in his Nawabi opulence, wearing a navy-blue robe and striding in the direction of his splendid palace.

Saif’s daughter Sara Ali Khan liked the post and commented, “Ideal lunch.”

While Saif was last seen in the Om Raut-helmed mythological action film Adipurush, Kareena recently starred in the Netflix thriller Jaane Jaan.

The 43-year-old actress will next be seen in the upcoming instalment of Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again alongside Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgn, Deepika Padukone and Tiger Shroff. Kareena is also a part of Rajesh Krishnan’s woman-centric drama, The Crew, slated to hit the theatres on March 22, 2024.
