Some of the iconic scenes in the video include Ajay Devgn trolling Karan. The video also features some of the show's hilarious gaffes, including Alia Bhatt's infamous on-screen burp and Sonam Kapoor's goof-up, where she referred to the film Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva as ‘Shiva No. 1’.

Aired on Star World India in 2004, Koffee With Karan telecasted the first six seasons of the show on the channel. In 2022, Koffee with Karan shifted to Disney+ Hotstar as an exclusive show under the service's content label and hub, Hotstar Specials.

The final episode of Season 8 of Koffee with Karan aired on January 18, 2024. The episode featured social media stars and content creators, including Kusha Kapila, Tanmay Bhatt, and Orry. The ninth season of the show is expected to release in 2025.

Karan Johar’s last directorial project was Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani, starring Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. His company Dharma Production’s latest releases were Kill and Jigra.
