Vicky Kaushal gives off part-rockstar-part-bhajan-singer vibe in the music video of the foot-tapping The Great Indian Family song Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja, dropped by Yash Raj Films on Wednesday.
The three-minute-24-second-long music video introduces Vicky’s character Bhajan Kumar as he sings and dances to the modernised rendition of a Krishna bhajan. Sporting a colourful dhoti-kurta-jacket set, Vicky sets the stage on fire with his killer moves as audiences join in.
The catchy number adds a modern touch to the song, with references to Twitter, social media followers and smartphones.
Scored by Pritam, Kanhaiya Twitter Pe Aaja has been sung by Nakash Aziz and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
