Actor Jr NTR has wrapped up shooting for his upcoming action drama Devara Part 1, also starring Janhvi Kapoor, he announced on Tuesday in a note on Instagram.

“Just wrapped my final shot for Devara Part 1. What a wonderful journey it has been. I will miss the ocean of love and the incredible team. Can't wait for everyone to sail into the world crafted by Siva on the 27th of September,” he wrote alongside a behind-the-scenes picture.

In the picture, Jr NTR can be seen engrossed in a conversation with a crew member, likely director Koratala Siva, on the set of the film.

Recently, the makers released the film’s first song, Dheere Dheere, featuring Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor. Composed by Anirudh Ravichander, the track is sung by Shilpa Rao in Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, while Deepthi Suresh sang the Tamil version.

A teaser of the film released earlier this year shows Jr NTR in a vengeful avatar, fighting pirates on the Red Sea with a curved sword. Directed by Koratala Siva, the film features Saif Ali Khan as the main antagonist and marks Janhvi Kapoor's debut in Telugu cinema.

Also starring Prakash Raj, Meka Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Narain and Murali Sharma in key roles, Devara Part 1 is backed by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts and will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.

Jr NTR will play the antagonist in the highly anticipated Bollywood film War 2, directed by Ayan Mukerji and starring Hrithik Roshan. He is also collaborating with Prashanth Neel on NTR31.
