Actors Josh O’Connor and Cailee Spaeny are set to join Daniel Craig in the upcoming Knives Out instalment titled Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery, US-based entertainment magazine Deadline reported on Monday.
Rian Johnson is returning as director and writer, and he will also produce the film alongside his partner, Ram Bergman, through T-Street Pictures.
While specific plot details remain under wraps, production for the new film is scheduled to begin next month, with a release planned for 2025. The previous instalment, Glass Onion, featured Craig reprising his role as the renowned detective Benoit Blanc and premiered on Netflix in 2022.
