Pop rock band Jonas Brothers have postponed their European tour from May to September citing scheduling conflicts with other projects they have in hand.

“Europe!! We’re shifting our upcoming shows to later this year. We appreciate your love and support so much. We know this is a bit inconvenient but we can’t wait to share more about what’s coming,” the American band announced via a video on social media on Wednesday.

“We have shifted the European tour to later this year but that is only because we have some exciting projects that we want to share with you at a later point,” said Nick in the video. “We are so excited to play the shows later this year in the fall,” added the Chains singer.

“So make sure to hold on to your tickets,” mentioned Kevin. “All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date and info is at Jonasbrothers.com. More details will be sent out on email,” read the band’s caption on Instagram.

The rescheduled European tour, set to begin in Belfast on September 9, will include stops in Dublin, Manchester, Glasgow, Birmingham, London, Munich and Vienna.

Meanwhile, the band is all set to perform in Latin America next week. Their official website states that the first show will take place in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Then, there will be subsequent shows in Colombia, Peru, and Argentina. Dubbed The Tour, the concerts will see the brothers performing tracks from five albums — Jonas Brothers (2007), A Little Bit Longer (2008), Lines, Vines, and Trying Times (2009) and Happiness Begins (2019). Additionally, some songs from 2023’s The Album will also be performed by Nick, Kevin and Joe.

However, netizens have expressed their frustration over the sudden rescheduling of the European leg of the tour. “It is UNBELIEVABLE that you are cancelling dates where the majority of the attendants are coming from different cities and even countries. This was a long dream of mine and honestly? I don't think I'll be rescheduling. Bye,” wrote a social media user. “Funny how y’all can write a whole song and name it “Sorry” but can’t even say sorry in this post,” commented another fan.
