Singer-actress Jennifer Lopez turned heads in an oversized white custom coat made of 7,000 rose petals, kept fresh with the use of sugar water, at Schiaparelli’s Haute Couture Fashion Week show in Paris on Monday.
The flower petals on the coat, designed by Schiaparelli’s creative director Daniel Roseberry, were kept fresh with the use of hummingbird nectar, a kind of sugar water, Lopez wrote on Instagram.
The custom coat donned by the All I have singer also included a Swarovski and Lesage-designed embroidered silver sun at the back.
Lopez wore a white ribbed turtleneck sweater underneath with raised swirling details, resembling the arms of an octopus, winding across it.
A bronzy makeup, a chic bob cut with loose strands of hair framing her face and golden hoop earrings enhanced the ensemble.
She paired her white coat with opaque black tights, black keyhole pumps and a Schiaparelli belt in ivory which had a statement buckle and a padlock dangling in the front.
Funky glasses featuring striking gold eyebrows and Schiaparelli’s Anatomy jewellery bag with matching details completed her look.
Euphoria stars Zendaya and Hunter Schafer also joined the Jenny from the Block singer in the front row. Zendaya sported dramatic bangs, while Schafer opted for a black dress paired with a statement necklace.
On the work front, Lopez is all set to play a ‘hopeless romantic’ in Amazon Prime Video’s upcoming romance drama film This Is Me…Now: A Love Story, slated to release on the streamer on February 16.
