Actress Jamie Lee Curtis congratulated her Freaky Friday co-star Lindsay Lohan on her pregnancy and reposted the mother-to-be’s baby shower photos on social media on Friday.
The 64-year-old actress, who won the best supporting actress Oscar for Everything Everywhere All At Once this year, took to Instagram to share her excitement on Instagram for Lohan’s motherhood journey. “My friend and film daughter @lindsaylohan is growing up! So thrilled for her. What a mama she will be,” she wrote.
Lohan had posted the original photos of her baby shower on Instagram on Thursday. She is seen glowing in the photos along with sister Aliana Lohan, mum Dina Lohan and several other family members and friends. “Good times ☺️🤰So grateful for all of the wonderful people in my life! ❤️😊,” she wrote in the caption.
Earlier, the actress-singer had announced her pregnancy news in March and shared an image of a white onesie that reads “Coming Soon,” with the caption “We are blessed and excited! 🙏🤍👶🍼”. She had also tagged husband Bader Shammas.
The 36-year-old actress was last seen in Netflix’s American Christmas romcom Falling For Christmas in 2022. She will next appear in the fantasy romantic comedy film Irish Wish, slated to release in 2024.
