Actress Isha Talwar has said she is excited to be cast in filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s debut web series Indian Police Force — a part of the director’s cop universe — starring Siddharth Malhotra and Shilpa Shetty.

Gushing about her experience, the actress said she had never imagined that she would be part of the director’s famous cop universe. “The Indian Police Force is special and there is so much hype around it. Everyone talks about Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. Since the show marks the filmmaker’s OTT direction debut, I am glad to be part of that journey.”

Isha was all praises for Rohit and the discipline on his set. "I loved that Rohit Shetty is his own hero on the set! I was floored by the impeccable discipline that the man inculcates in his teammates and his ability to command a movie set. The massive set is like a shaadi with 250 people being managed by so many heads of departments every day.”

Talking about her role, Isha said she had never played anything like it in Bollywood. “I am part of the cop universe, but my role is going to be a surprise package of sorts. I will appear for the first time in an avatar like that in Hindi cinema.”

Isha will be next seen in Mirzapur 3, which is slated to release this month on Amazon Prime Video. She was last seen in Homi Adajania’s Saas Bahu Aur Flamingo, which also stars Dimple Kapadia, Angira Dhar and Radhika Madan.
